Eva Steen Christensen

Eva Steen Christensen’s sculptures and installations take their point of departure in architecture and familiar everyday objects. By reworking and transforming the objects, she takes away their functional logic and turns them into absurd sculptures from an unknown dream world.

Eva Steen Christensen has been awarded the ARKEN Travel Grant for her ability to activate and vitalise sculpture as a medium today and for her unique sensual expression of the world of possibilities in the spatial.
