In the spring of 2026, we invite you into the troll-maker’s workshop as ARKEN opens a new exhibition universe with Thomas Dambo, who is displaying the ark work indoors for the first time.
Thomas Dambo is world-renowned for his iconic wooden giants which stand across five continents; North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania — several of which can also be experienced in the Copenhagen West Region. He is celebrated for his imaginative universes made from recycled materials.
The exhibition invites both children, adolescents and adults to explore art, nature and storytelling through play and togetherness.
