Glittering molecules, drill heads like jewels, and oil as both myth and reality.
On 13.11.25, ARKEN opens a major solo exhibition with internationally acclaimed artist Monira Al Qadiri.
The exhibition will take over the museum’s Art Axis with floating sculptures where mother-of-pearl and petrochemistry merge into an alluring universe. With humor and a sci-fi aesthetic, Al Qadiri explores the cultural legacy of oil – and our shared future without it.
