ARKEN invites the whole family to enjoy creative experiences. Every day from 9 am to 12 pm there are special and fun activities for children – as well as food and drinks. Children under 18 have free admission.
Jump on XXXL alien-shaped bouncy castles created by Esben Weile Kjær and make your own bunny-eared aliens in the ARKEN Kids Family Zone (The Botanical Garden). Get creative in the Workshop and “knit straight from your head” at a knitting workshop in the Kenneth Rasmussen exhibition from 11 am to 3 pm throughout the Easter holiday.
You can also contribute to 55.6° North Studio, where guests of all ages have already shared thoughts and drawings about the Nordic region. What should the Nordics have more of? Something the Nordics should let go of? What does the Nordics taste like? What is the sound of the Nordics?
55.6° North Studio is open to everyone during the museum’s opening hours. All activities are drop-in and only require a museum admission ticket. Materials are free.
